I always have a good experience here. The wait is relatively the same as any other doctor's office. Nurses and Dr. Herzog are helpful and polite.

This was my first time coming here and I didn't like it. I got to the back pretty quick but had to wait to be seen for over an hour. Dr. Herzog finally came in the room looked me over for about 5 mins and sent me on my way. In the process of looking for a new dermatologist.

This was my first visit to this facility and I wish I was able to give them more stars, however, the receptionist in the "check out" area caused me to pause. I arrived for my appointment and was given a form to complete and was directed towards the check-out lobby. Upon completing the form, there was myself and two other individuals waiting for the receptionist to get off of the phone. She babbled away on the phone while we waited patiently for her to end the call. This lasted for about five minutes. The receptionist from the front lobby came to the check out lobby to inform her that there was a lady on the phone needing to speak with her and the check out receptionist replied, "She can wait, she is in collections." I was aghast and appalled by her lack of customer service and compassion and how she used the woman's situation to punish her, in a sense by making her wait a ridiculous amount of time to resolve her issue.
If it had not been for the excellent customer service I received from Vickie (who did a fabulous job with my chemical peel), I would never reconsider revisiting this place. Vickie is literally THE only reason I will be returning.
Too put this in simple terms, the receptionist was rude and just plain nasty. And what makes this even worse, she was no where to be found for quite some time after I completed my session with Vickie. I had to give Vickie my Groupon information.
The receptionist is the first person you encounter and with an attitude equivalent to a garbage bin, it is safe to say that she may very well turn off many clients. She does not possess the basic capacity of implementing the most fundamental aspects of customer service and for that reason, I just had to write this review. With that being said, I would think it wise for the owner to have a stern conversation with this receptionist as she may very well leave a bad taste in the mouths of existing and future clients as I was totally and utterly disgusted by this receptionists' behavior.

My first visit was a great experience. Dr. Herzog and her staff were very helpful and friendly. I immediately told my friends about going to see her. Great staff and I did not wait longer than ten minutes.

This was my First and Last visit to this office. Appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. I arrived early as advised and completed the new patient paperwork. Was promptly taken back to an exam room a few minutes later. Once in there I waited close to 1 HOUR to be seen by the Doctor. After informing the staff that I needed to get back to work they were able to have the doctor see me shortly in which I was given an Extremely rushed exam. Doctor proceeded to lecture me saying that I should have scheduled an earlier appointment time if I needed to get back to work. I'm sorry, I didn't realize that if you have a 9:30 AM appointment with these people you're expected to take half the damn day off! I am sick and tired of my time not being respected by medical professionals. Late is RUDE!! I make every effort to adjust my schedule to arrive at the appointed time and the least these doctors could do is make the same effort. Learn to be respectful of other people's time.
