Awful. I went in with dip on, which was grown out I told her that I didn't like it because my nails grow out fast, I would be going every 2 weeks to keep them up. So i went with the acrylics, I showed her picture mainly because every time I go somewhere they are to long(i like mine short and thin). She said okay so i was a little confused on the pink and white, I thought it would be ombre(my fault). I went with it anyways. I leave and when I get home I just dont like them, some of the white tips are uneven, my nails weren't filed even on some, and some were thicker than others. I never complain at stores but I decided to go back to have her fix them. So when I told her I wanted one thinner and to put color instead of white tips, she proceeded to get another customer involved telling her what I wanted. When the other customer recommends the dip she says she doesnt like dip it grows to fast and that's her body I cant control that. I have never in all my life been so humiliated. She was completely unprofessional. If you want to be treated with respect stay away from this place.

Horrible experience. I had the youngest lady working there this morning. She yanked my arm and hand while she was trying to polish my nails and was so distracted talking to her coworkers that she missed my nail a few times. The place was unclean, countertop was full of dust/old nail polish, and towel she used to do the manicure on looked like it hadn't been washed in 6 months! It had food all over it gross! Then, she was on her phone texting right in front of me every chance she could get. Will not come back and do NOT recommend!

Went to get my pedi and tips they where completely rude to me, Whenever I ask for color polishes they had and any other questions I had. I showed the lady a picture to show the shape I wanted and explained to her as clearly as possible how I wanted my nails done. She did the right opposite of what I wanted. I then told her. She got other staff involved and they made it seem like I was the one that didn’t explain it right like I showed her a picture hello. Right as I was leaving an older lady said “we take care of you next time if you come back” in a very smart way would never go back.

I went into the nail salon and ask to get a full set of nails and if I had extra time I would get my toes done . The lady insured me that I would be able to do both . I was seated for my toes and never had time to get my nails done. And the lady had and attitude since I didn’t stay and let her do my nails. I’m definitely upset and of course I will not be going back .
