I love coming here. I've tried a whole bunch of places in the area and this is the only place where I can reliably get a decent haircut done right. The prices aren't bad and they're very friendly. Highly recommend.

Horrible, all I have to say is horrible. The lady who dyed my hair didn’t add in bleach beforehand saying, I wouldn’t need it because it would turn up without bleaching it. I trusted her and her option because she would know best about hair, right? Well after the whole process is done I still have black hair. She said it was just because it was wet that I could hardly see the color. Not true. I decided to take matters into my own hands and bleach it myself. But then realized I wasted $93 on hair that didn’t turn out. So I went back to ask for a refund very nicely and calmly but they rufsued to give it to me & said I could come back at 5:30 to get it redone for free. Which I was okay with because I just wanted it fixed. So I wasted my time waiting around just for them to refuse to help me when I went back at 5:30 when they promised to get it fixed. When I asked once again for a refund she said “no I can’t do that.” I am beyond annoyed with the people there and I don’t ever recommend or plan on coming back. I tried being nice and calm throughout this situation but I’m fed up. Now I have damnaged hair and no money.
