So I came to this place on a whim. I happened to be in the surrounding area and this place had the best reviews so I figured why not try it out. I called and asked to come in within 20 minutes for a pedicure and a full-set and the receptionist accommodated me, which I was super grateful for. My experience wasn't as pleasant as the reviews were.
First and foremost, this place is extremely clean. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped foot inside and was asked if I wanted something to drink. I loved that part. The nail tech seemed like she didn't want to take care of me though. I didn't grab her name but she was an older woman with glasses. She just huffed and puffed most of the time, which gave me a little anxiety. When she went to turn on the foot bath, she didn't realize that the faucet wasn't inside the tub and the water just sprayed everywhere, wetting my legs and everything else that was on the floor. After that, she told me that she didn't have the nail color I picked out for my hands to match my feet, which I didn't mind if it was a shade or two off, I just wanted my nails painted. She huffed again and finished my pedicure. My bf came with me and got a spa pedicure and had a better 15-30 minute experience than I did.
When it came to my hands, it got worse. I am 31 years old. I've been to plenty of nail salons most of my teenage and adult life, so I am well aware of the time it takes to put on a full-set of nails. Not sure if this lady had a hot date after my appointment but she rushed the entire process. She cut me twice on 2 different fingers with cuticle cutters and blamed me for "moving too much". She then went on to file my nails with the electric nail file and the fake nail flew right off of my thumb and she huffed and puffed again when she realized that she had to stick another nail on. Then, I brought up to her attention that my pointer finger's nail was crooked and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about until I had to point it out in the light. I was not impressed. At one point she told me that this was a 2 hour job that she was trying to finish in an hour. I told her that I wasn't in a rush and that she could take all the time she needed but that didn't seem to motivate her to slow down. I even spoke to her in Spanish to try and break some tension but nothing. It is now 3 days later and 2 nails are already lifting.
Lastly, I was STUNNED when I found out the total price for the services. A full-set, regular pedicure and spa pedicure cost $180? Without tip? HOW? In what world? I am still in disbelief that I paid that much for nail salon services. I HIGHLY recommend you check out the price list BEFORE you come here because your jaw will drop.

One of the best nail places around! Spotless as well as gorgeous nail bar. As soon as one arrives, the staff makes sure to cater to all needs. Loved the peaceful and serene ambiance, as well as the treats offered to help hard working people like me relax! Also the 10 minute massages are a must, Fay has the best hands in town to get rid of all the tension from commuters like me. Highly recommended

I am so happy I decided to give this place a try ! They were so professional and friendly and the same time, Arely did a great job with my mani and pedi, I def recommend this place. Very clean and chic ! I will keep coming back to this place for sure !!!!

Absolutely loved the salon. It was so cute and glamorously decorated! Makes you feel that you are truly being pampered. Friendly service, great atmosphere, my nail technician was amazing. Overall excellent service would def. recommend!
