This was the best mani & pedi that I have ever had! I'm here from Louisiana taking cancer treatments @ MD Anderson. These were the most precious ladies that took such great care of me! I will be back while I'm here & when I come back after my treatments!!! Thanks T!!!!!!

I’m rating this nail salon in comparison to the usual salon I frequent just down the street. The only reason I came to Paradise Nail & Facial was because my usual place had over a 30 minute wait and I was pressed for time. So since this salon was close by, I decided to try it. There was zero wait on a Friday afternoon. I was promptly greeted and immediately noticed their nail color selection was very sparse and limited to a 4ft wide wall. There was no detailed price brochure of the services they offered; only a large mounted poster board showing the name of eachservice and its price, but no description. So, I had to verbally ask about their various services when I was deciding which type of pedi to get. All the techs spoke English well enough to conversate and were friendly. Now again, comparing to my other salon, I was not offered a complimentary beverage and for the same price I would have paid there, a neck/shoulder massage was not included. I would of had to pay $5 more to get the massage, which I passed on here. Also, the tech did not offer me the remote that controlled the massage chair I was sitting in as it was tucked in its sleeve behind me and not easily reachable. Therefore, I sat in an idle massage chair the whole time. As for the ambience, pop radio music and typical commercials played from a portable stereo in the corner. My other salon usually plays soothing instrumental music through their ceiling speaker system. The pedicure itself was done well even though the tech did nick one of my toes accidentally for which she apologized. Overall, this is a no frills salon that does the job. I would consider coming here again if I was in a pinch and needed my nails done, but the better value and experience goes to my salon down the street. I will just do a better job of going to my usual place at off-peak times or scheduling an appt.

The one and only stop for the best pedicure and manicure experience in Houston, Texas. This has been my little secret for over 2 years and my wife loves it!

I only had my nails done for four days and they already cracked and broke.

I had a 10am appointment for a manicure. They left me soaking for 50minutes before they came and started on my nails. I was the 2nd person to arrive when they opened and they finished 5 people before me who arrived after me. I was very disappointed and they didn't offer anything for me waiting so long. Never going there again!!!
