Just awful. Tried to book an appointment twice with Vicki to no avail. The first time she was off for a week, which I understand that we ALL need and deserve time off. But then I call again and am told that Vicki works Thursday. I am not told of any other days so I can plan. I then ask about 530 or 6p and the employee tells me that she will be gone by then. I ask why. She stated that Vicki leaves at 7p. I ask then how long does the process take. The employee states she doesn't really know about how long a relaxer takes but that if I come at 6 and she leaves at 7 that she cannot fit me in. I then go to ask about the 530 timeframe but then just thought why bother. If a business is not willing to figure out how to schedule or offer potential customers more than one time and to work with them to figure out how long an appointment is going to take, which I would need to know as well, then I don't think they need to be in business. Now I can see why their star rating is so low. I only called this salon since my nephew had referred me there.

I was very happy with my experience. I'm not much of a talker and I don't like when a stylist keeps trying to speak to me when I've made it clear I'm not the type to talk when getting my hair cut. But anyway, she asked questions consistently to make sure I got the cut I wanted instead of winging it like most stylists to because I don't know how to go into specifics and it's the cutest cut I've ever had. I love it. Friendly environment, great employees. They can count on seeing me again.

I have gone to mastercuts for ten years- and was always happy with the service... up until yesterday. I have thick hair- and came in for a trim. She didn't ask what I meant by trim- and she didn't separate out my hair out but just pulled my hair out and cut. Then blow dried my hair after- again without asking or informing me of added cost- which is 10 dollars btw- she talked to her coworker the entire time about another coworker they didn't like. Also spent a good portion complaining to her coworker about not getting good tips. My simple trim ended up costing 39 dollars. Probably will not return.

This was horrible. Rude customer service and sub par skills, avoid at all costs.
