Very good work..but its kinda expensive..so b ready to pay more than u expected too. I even called to mk sure still had to pay more than "they" quoted me..😒💅

The first time I went, a month and a half ago, my nails were buffed, manicured, and looked very nice. I went back 2 weeks later and decided to get a French manicure on my actual nails. That’s when my experience started to change. My nails were not filed on the corners and would snag. Bubbles left in my gel polish and bits of cotton. The pinky nail on my left hand’s polish was thick and bubbled at the tip. The nails lacked symmetry. I left very disappointed. I thought maybe I could go back and just get the polish off with the nails manicured as well as buffed again. They looked so nice the FIRST time when John did them. I went back today. I was hoping John would be available unfortunately Brian worked on my nails. My nails are scored with deep lines in them. He told me he couldn’t buff my nails but could apply a top coat. I was asked to pay before the polish was applied. He applied the polish and I was told to go before they were dried. Needless to say they looked awful. I called told them the issue. I was told to return. I was sitting in the waiting room chair when Brian came over with nail polish remover, a cotton ball, base coat, and top coat. He stripped the polish with the cotton ball, painted them, right there in the waiting area, then put me under the dryer. There I sat with bits of cotton ball stuck in my polish, forgotten. I had to ask another employee if I could go. She checked my nails and said yes. I wanted to cry. I spent $24 on my nails. I have bits of cotton ball stuck to my nails, polish around my nails, dry skin around my nail beds, and wishing I never went back. I hope this review helps you all not to make the same mistake I did by choosing Hot Nails to do my nails.

Vicky is amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly! She’s very nice and friendly, a pleasure to be around!
