I have been living here for 6 months and it’s been great all thanks to Stephanie!!!the leasing agent. She was extremely helpful and did everything she could to help me obtain an apartment since I was a first time renter. She is super helpful and knows the property very well!

The new Manager Maria is awesome. I am so pleased with her. She is very professional I would advise Buena Vista to keep her because she has all my stars. I was planning on moving because things were a mess, however she changed my mind. If Buena Vista would keep managers like her very friendly, professional, honest, and getting the job done their tenants and property will progress to success. Great job Maria and keep up the good work. Since you been in office things has been changing.

We’ve been here for about 3 years now, we love the new friendly staff and love how clean and lit up it is at night!

I'm quite pleased with This Property. The staff's very friendly and welcoming. When you're working, they're working. They'll get you in! It's like the really do care. Go figure. Clean property with no sign of bugs. Any maintenance issues are highly prioritized and are usually resolved the next day or two. Quiet neighbors. Just a great place to call home.

So the issue is that I’ve been living here for less than a year, I live in a upgraded unit and it was the worst mistake of my life moving here, the list of complaints are endless from no hot water to broken gates, stripping paint everywhere and yes termites are extreme, I bought all new furniture when moving here and will be leaving them when I move as I not bringing the mites with me. The water comes out brown quite often, some days I can’t bathe due to it . I will post videos if possible. Anyways if your considering moving here I would really think again!
