I love the way Nikki does my pedicures, but Vanna can be very rude at times, I brought my sister in, who came from out of town, she was not satisfied with the service she received and asked Vanna to correct it, or not charge her, Vanna was extremely rude and screamed at her talking over her, customers should be happy with the services they receive... you would think they should be appreciative of someone referring a new customer to them, their customer service could use a lot of work That did not sit well with me so I haven't returned back since

I love me some Vanna! She been in business for years. All I needed was to get a nail fixed that broke way to low. I ended up with a pedicure and polish change in chrome! Yes chrome! I chose the white metallic and I love the way it turned out.
They use powder and a unique pen to apply it. It takes a lot longer but it's worth it.
Vanna has always had a clean environment. She sterilizes her tools and lines the water tubs with plastic.
She has all the latest colors and new trends. I used to get designs on my nails back in the day.
Her only down fall is where she's located. That area used to be ok. Now it's riddled with homeless people hanging out. Try to over look that and give her a try! She's really sweet and will always try to accommodate your needs.

I have been going to this place for 13 years. This the first time I left totally pissed off. I always tip way more than is deserved. It was an extended wait time no problem so I thought cause they always treated me right. I'm telling the mail person what I like and I got what he preferred all the way around. Then the chick do my nails and it was a horrible job. But I still tipped. I asked her if my nails were dry and I said I think they are. She says yes. I go to the bathroom and come out and sit back down because of course they were still wet. So I ask Vanna if she could repaint them because they looked horrible. She tell the chick that did them that I was complaining and to fix it. Which pissed me off even more. I would of paid her again but I wanted my nails done right. The chick gone attempt to touch me with the gloves on that she was doing another customer feet with, at this point I'm so done. I just want to get the messed up job off my nails and go somewhere else. I'm never going back EVER

I've been going to Vanna for over 15 years and her services are top noch excellent! Every service offered is the best! Beautiful nails! I can only get my nails done once a month a d they don't lift or break the whole month, yes! The whole month! Great job is done by everyone in the shop no matter who does my nails and feet....love you Vanna!!!
