I have been going there for over a year. The people are very friendly. Kenzie and Kelly are great! Very clean. Highly recommend.

It was an absolutely awful experience! I've been having my nails done for years and I actually wound up buying the nail dip gel system at my home just so I can do it myself. I had to go next door to Pep Boys for an oil change and tune up and I had a very important event that night and I wanted to look extra special so I went inside and got my nails done or tried to. From the moment I sat down the gentleman was so rude ssying I don't know how I want my nails and explaining to me that I don't know what products he's using or talking about (the nail dip system has a BASE COAT to help protect the nails from breaking and he kept insisting it doesnt exist) or how to even apply the stuff in general. And then they start talking about me in a foreign language all the while I'm just trying to have my nails done. Then he messes up nails and when I have him correct it he starts huffing and puffing and yelling in his language and all of a sudden I'm surrounded by 5 nail techs looking at my nails and speaking in foreign language while the man that was doing my nails was sitting in front of me arms crossed very confrontational shaking mad. Like the nail dip system is really not that hard and he was telling me how I should have just done it his way. He even went so far as to belittle me and say "you see I'm right I know how to do nail he even put a few of my nails the wrong colored powder so now my nails have a white haze instead of a clean pink and white! These are the most Hideous nails I have ever received and I try to have them do it again but three hours later was plenty enough. The lady owner tried to tell me to come back and she can do them herself. And I was really going to go back and bring my own nail dip gel system just for proof that I know how to do it but I decided I did not want to do that it was petty. I will never go back there, especially for the fact that there are so many different options around where you don't have to settle for such awful service. I've actually gave it some time and waited a couple of weeks before I posted because I was really upset but then when I looked at the reviews and saw similar stories I couldn't hold it in anymore any longer and I wanted to let the other people know they're not alone and their experience was not just a singular event.
