My sister-in-law and wife and I decided last-minute to do a nail appointment, we are traveling out of state. From friendliness to professionalism to cleanliness this place gets five stars! Great job, they got us in super quick as a walk-in and all of our nails are on point, impressed!

I've been going here for years and they really are the best nail place I've ever been to. I moved towns and tried a couple different places closer to my home and they are awful in comparison to Couture. I began to think I was just being too picky, but a trip to Couture today has proven me wrong. They just know what they're doing and do their jobs amazingly to the tiniest detail. Pedicures, manicures, waxing, whatever you need. Go to Couture!

My experience here was great for my first two visits. I had the nail tech ANDY. Andy does decent nails, good designs but he is very unprofessional. The staff here is rude and disrespectful. I called to reschedule an appointment and was told that Andy said I could not reschedule an appointment because I “always reschedule and if I wanted him to do my nails then I would have to become a regular walk in”. This being MY FIRST TIME EVER RESCHEDULING you could only imagine my bewilderment to his comment. I asked if I could speak to Andy and when the manager tried to give him the phone he would not take my call, saying “he does not want to talk to me and if I want to talk to him then I need to come in and speak to him”. I was ultimately disgusted with this tone and unprofessionalism. I have only been there twice and unfortunately I will never be back. I will not patronize a business with such condescending behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ladies don’t even waste your time or money here. God forbid you have to reschedule for any reason at all, you will never been seen again.
