They tell you that their nails are guaranteed but then they charge you when you come back when something is wrong. Not only that, they get an attitude when you ask for them to do their jobs and do your nails the way you want them done. They don't even change out the towels under your hands after each client. I saw dirt finger nail polish and mor on it, and I asked for it to be removed and a new one. She told me no this is the towel she uses. She didn't bother to make sure my nails were evenly shaped. I will never return to this "Salon" again. The only reason they are getting a one star is because they don't have zero available.

I made an appointment here with a friend who recommended the place and when I got there I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before they were able to start on my nails. The person that did my nails was not very outgoing and probably only said 20 words to me the entire time they worked on my nails. It was my first time getting acrylics so I didn't really know how to properly relax my hand, especially when it came to my thumbs. Isntead of letting me re-adjust or politely ask me to hold my hand a different way, my tech jerked my thumbs around in a sharp manner. My shoulders were very sore by the end of it. As for the execution of my nails, there was little communication (I'm very shy) between us. A couple of my nails look crooked, are at a weird angle, and I left with excess acrylic stick to the underside of the free edge. I got regular nail polish applied for color and not 2 minutes after I took them out from under the lamp I tried getting something out of my pocket and ruined the polish. I don't think I will be going back to this place unless I can get an appointment with the infamous Ashley I've heard and read so much about.

Went in for a manicure and I tried to pay with an American Express card and they proceeded to tell me that they do not take AM EX! What kind of a place doesn’t take American Express? I asked them if I could call my husband and I have him pay for it over the phone but they said no. It was really embarrassing all my money was on my American Express card I had no way else to pay for it I had to go to the ATM to get an expensive cash advance so I could pay for my friggin manicure! Very disappointed. And also the reviews where people say they don’t talk to you and just speak with their coworkers are true! The lady who did my nails all she did was gab with the lady sitting next to her doing someone else’s nails..

1st full set was great went back 2 weeks later for a fill and had to file them down myself after I got home so they were smooth on top.

The lady who did my pedicure did a horrible job. She half did everything and didn't even put top coat on all my toe nails. Not to mention the fact the other tech was talking about how she didn't care for a certian customer demographic. I will just say don't even consider this place for services, go elsewhere.
