Hazel was amazing !! She really took her time and took care of my real nails before doing my full set. She had no problem staying after 7pm to finish my nails and was very professional and nice! Also very good sweet wine to enjoy while getting a pedicure. This is now my new nail shop and the only place I will be going !

I made an appointment two weeks in advance for a specific type of manicure art that Hazel said she could do for me. This was for an event so that is why I called way ahead. When I arrived for my appointment they said my appointment was canceled. I told them I did not cancel my appointment. Why else would I be there? Instead of apologizing they insisted it was canceled. No apology. Just arguing with me. I asked well who canceled my appointment? They didn’t have any answer for me. Instead they loudly argued amongst themselves and made several client phones calls right in front of me as I patiently wait on the couch for 15 min. They eventually said Hazel was not here and she can be on her way shortly. I couldn’t wait- this was a weekday and I had a doctors appointment later. I made the appointment at 11am for that specific reason and I did not have time to wait for Hazel to arrive. It was unfortunate and unprofessional. I felt very disrespected. They were more interested in arguing with me than making things right for a paying patron. Absolutely inappropriate and ridiculous.

I have been searching for a good salon that knows how to shape thick eyebrows for a year now and I finally found one! This salon was perfect, the nail techs were so nice and full of compliments! My eyebrows have never looked better! Will return.

My mother and I have patronized Galaxy Nails for years. There has never been an issue, until recently. There was a young woman in charge today named Hazel, who argued with my mother in a disrespectful manner. I was not there with her; but found out that it was the same woman, who I had words with earlier in the month. I WAS VERY UPSET to hear that this happened. The way Hazel talks to some clients is UNACCEPTALBLE!!! If her demeanor does not change, we will be going to a different salon.
I DO NOT TOLERATE MY MOTHER OR MYSELF BEING DISREPECTED!!!

Really love this nail salon, they take their time and gel manicures last easily 2weeks
