I got my nails done 2 days ago. And three of them have peeled. This is my third visit to this salon, every time there is a problem from the staff being rude to my acrylics breaking off after days and now even a simple gel manicure isn’t lasting. This will definitely be my last visit. Do not waste your time or money here. There are too many nail salons open to deal with this crap every time.

I recently switched from Nails by Rose to this nail spa on the same block, and I'm impressed! They've undergone a complete remodel, and the place looks amazing. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and the staff is friendly. The receptionist was extremely nice, and while the nail technician who did my nails did a good job, I felt a bit rushed. However, I saw another technician whose work looked fantastic, so I'll be requesting her next time. They also offer a great pedicure and a beautiful handwashing experience. Plus, their wet bar is far superior to Nails by Rose. Nails by Rose feels a bit overdone, whereas Anthony Vincent Salon seems more focused on quality work. Their wet bar is amazing, by the way! I'll definitely be returning. Service provided was a gel x manicure that was $50

I have had a toxic relationship with this location for years because I live in Greenbrier, and they have a prime easy to get to spot. Unfortunately, the bottom line is that this place is a chop shop. What you get is determined on who you see, but the variety of skill between technicians varies greatly. The recent remodel makes the salon look great, but it doesn’t seem like people really clean up and wipe down their stations between clients. I also have an issue with the inconsistency in prices. Why is it that when I get the exact same service one time (fill-in, cut down, reshape, one color gel polish) it is $45 with one person but $65 with another person? I don’t like this trend of adding on prices without communicating and, again, the clear inconsistencies between pricing. Who doesn’t get their nails filed or reshaped when they get a fill-in? Why is that an additional service cost when it’s literally part of the filling process? It certainly wasn’t 10 years ago when the same process was only 20-30 bucks. Lastly, I’ve had friendly technicians, rude technicians, and technicians that can’t speak to me because of the language barrier. My worst experience was probably the technician who kept her headphones in the entire time and watched a show on her phone while also trying to do my nails. What kind of management would allow that? This is a customer service industry! These days I really only come here for a basic pedicure if I’m in a hurry and already out and about. I’ve had a much better overall experience with Nails by Rose just a little further down the road on Volvo.

I was using a gift certificate and a last minute walk in. I was seated right away, only regret not getting a drink. Linda did my nails and was flawless. I’m OCD and very picky, the last place I went cut me multiple times. I had no issues at all here and left very happy. Will be going back and trying to get Linda again!

I recently visited Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa and unfortunately, I was left quite dissatisfied with the outcome of my visit. From start to finish, it felt like a rushed and unpolished experience. Firstly, the outcome of my nails was far from satisfactory. They appeared sloppy and lacked the attention to detail that I expected from a professional nail salon. It seemed like the technician hurried through the process, resulting in a less-than-perfect result. Furthermore, the service itself felt rushed. There was a lack of attentiveness and care during the appointment, leaving me feeling like just another task to check off the list. Overall, my experience at Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa fell short of my expectations. The sloppy outcome and rushed service left me feeling disappointed and highly unlikely to return in the future.
