If zero stars was an option I would definitely give them that. I called to make an appointment to get my hair done. Three words to describe the receptionist, rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I was wanting an accent with full color. It’s clearly offered in the brochure of services. The receptionist booked 2.5 for this service. I tell my stylist (Hollie York) that I want a darker brunette base with some lighter brunette pieces. I show her a few pictures and she immediately gets an attitude with me and tells me the pictures I’m showing her are balayage and that I would need a 4 hour appointment and $450! What I asked for was not balayage and I was tempted to walk out at this point and I wish I would have. She proceeds to color my hair with an all over color that she bullied me into. It’s all over my ears and neck (which I understand happens) but I felt as though she was being sloppy on purpose. She finishes going through my hair and says I need to sit and process. While I was processing she held my purse up for me to get my phone out. I go leave and pick up my purse when I notice there is dye on the white purse strap(pictured). Mind you I haven’t touched my purse the entire appointment! Only she did... she looks at me and says did you do that?! She then proceeds to try and wipe it off with some kind of solution (which didn’t work) she says she doesn’t know how that happened and walks me to the front. No apologies or offers to fix anything. Not to mention it took this “stylist” 2.5 hours to do a single all over color and she missed pieces of my hair!! This is the worst color service I have ever had. The lack of customer service and disregard for someone’s personal property is appalling! I will never go back and definitely don’t suggest this place or this stylist to anyone.

Love this place! Very relaxing environment. Cute storefront too with products and accessories. The staff is sweet too.

Great location, great service and an amazing experience!!! Came here for do my daughter’s nails for her Sweet 15 and I fell in love with place. I will definitely return!!!
