I have gone a couple times. Just this last time I noticed the foot basin was just rinsed with hot water after the previous person! Not washed as it should be. So I asked her for a plastic liner which cost $1 extra. Then I did not see any of them really wash the foot basins at the end of the day. They just rinsed and put the stools up! I was there until close. I have seen at many other salons, there are pieces that come off the basin that should be washed. Its very unlikely I'll be going back.

This is my go to place. The way they do SNS is better than what I have experienced before. They are timely and have you out by the hour.

Unclean and dirty!!!
I came here 2 weeks ago and it was nice and dandy until they opened the drains to flow out the water... it stinks, the drains smells so bad I got worried and told the lady and she quickly got an air freshener and sprayed the place.
I saw the representative opening the draw and taking out a nail clipper and I asked her to clean it, and she quickly got offended and said clean, and began spraying it down and wiping it. I watched after I was done she just placed it right back into the draw and it waited for the next person unsterilized.
3 days ago I realized my finger was swollen, red and hurting. Then I cut under the side skin where the pain was emitting and it was an infection. I am taking my business somewhere else. Anywhere but this place and reporting this place. It should be a garbage dump instead of a nail saloon.

Terrible management!!! No respect for client's time or loyalty. Have been going here for 2 years and finally got tired of the poor treatment by the owner. I'm sure there are much better and more respectable places in the area to spend your money.

I will say I was impressed with how fast they pushed through clients...nails were way better when I walked out, could have been a bit cleaner...but overall pretty good. Call ahead and make an appointment for sns
