I had some shortness of breath and back pain issues, walked into the urgent care the staffs here are very friendly and helpful. The doctor is very nice and did thorough check. Answered questions and very professional, patient and caring. I highly recommend this facility if you have some illnesses need immediate attention and care from profèssionals

Being able to check in online made the process a bit quicker. Everyone was nice and professional from the receptionists to the doctor. Good bedside manner.

I went in on March 6 to the Midway/ 635 location. Front desk and medical assistant were great. The Dr. Or P/A I saw was not what I normally expected from Carenow. After explaining all of my symptoms as you normally do with my sinus infection she only gave me steroids pills. Nothing the eliminate the infection. It did state if the conditions don’t improve come back in 48 hours. So that is another $170.00 copay. I know I’m not the Dr. But when you’ve dealt with sinus issues all your life you kind of know what it takes to resolve what is going on. So it’s March 8 and I’m having to go to my primary Dr. for assistance. Normally they give you what you might need to clear up the entire issue. Also I’m a once a year visitor to the Dr. For sinuses. Always had good things to say about Carenow, but this visit was very disappointing

GET PRICING IN WRITING AND HAVE SOMEONE SIGN IT FOR PROOF. I took my child here for a sports participation physical and was told that the price was $39.00. Then they mailed me a bill for $260.00. Doctor and staff were great - billing wasn't.
