I was in love with this place until the last time I went. ( back story) I went in an hour early for a nail appointment and the nail tech took me and started my nails but then they had an appointment so they kicked me out of the chair before they could finish my nails which I understood I did not have a problem with it . But last week I had an appointment at 10:00 AM I arrive at 9:55 AM and the same woman that made me get out of the chair for the appointment the last time did not acknowledge me and my appointment. The nail tech I was supposed to have my appointment with looked at me then looked at the clock and proceeded to do the nails of someone that was in the chair. I did not understand why they did not remove the person the same way they removed me a couple weeks ago I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes for an appointment that I was on time for I hate to use the race card because I feel like we’ve gotten so far but I will say as a woman of color and being kicked out of a chair but then when it was my turn and they just make me wait is if I did not schedule an appointment made me very disappointed I am unsure if I will be returning

Courteous, friendly and very nice. The atmosphere is great to. One of the biggest nail salons I've been in. Emily was great. She did my daughter's nails. She was recommended by a friend. My daughter was wanting hers done and had never had her nails done before, so i wanted it to be a good experience. She loves her nails and i love my manicure i got. Reasonably priced as well. My daughter's nails are on top of my hand. They look beautiful, and remind me of how not young i am getting.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I absolutely love it! Service is always awesome and my nail tech (Ivy) is the absolute best! Once you try InStyle, I can almost promise you will not go anywhere else!

If I could leave a picture I would. They cut my finger while filing, there’s bubbles under my acrylics I had them do. A simple white tip acrylics is what I asked for and it was very sloppy. They did a $5 discount for cutting me and when I asked them to fix my nails they said they could paint over the bubbles but that’s not what I wanted. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!
Ps. My finger really hurts from the cut.
