This establishment doesn’t deserve any stars! I went to the establishment very excited on a Saturday.I had an event later that day and several the following week.
I wanted the gel polish on my nails. I was told that it was $10 extra fomget my cuticles cut. After my nails were done, it wasn’t very neat at all. Very rushed. There was polish on the side of my nails on the skin. I asked her to fix it bc it wasn’t neat and she said that if she didn’t do that it would peel, but I’ve never had my gel nails look like that before. So, she filed down the sides. Unfortunately, by Tuesday they were peeling and chipping. But as I stated it was a holiday that week and I wasn’t in town. I had work and the shop was closed by the time I got back in town. I went early Saturday morning. An older ( and very kind) lady opened the door at 9:50 am. The salon opens at 10. It was 10:12 before the manger came in to fix my nails. She told me that there was nothing that She could do to fix my nails. I explained to her that I was out of town due to the holiday and she said she didn’t care. She informed that there was a 3 day policy which isn’t stated anywhere and I wasn’t told this. I told her that her customer service was awful and I would tell everyone that I knew. She told me that she didn’t care who I told and to stop talking about it bc she has been there for 15 years. I asked her if she could just take them off for free and she said I could go somewhere else.

My first review ever! The service here is unbelievably disappointing. I would recommend choosing another location if you want quality results! My gel color nails were horrible. I left with polish on my fingers and cuticles. I returned the following day and the owner refused to fix or do anything to help me feel more satisfied with the service.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I told the lady not to wax the middle closest to my eyebrows, she didnt listen at all. Then she took most of my eyebrow off instead of just following the shape. I'm so irate right now, but they don't care. They always rush doing it, catching my hair with wax. I will never come here again.

My husband, daughter and I went here for a day of relaxation and pampering. When we told them we wanted pedicures. The water was like warm, and they didn’t even give us time to soak our feet! After 5 min, they took painted my toes and my daughter’s toes and kept asking who was paying between my husband and I. We got charged $20 for basically a polish change! They didn’t do anything that a pedicure consists of! The lady in there gave me the nastiest look ever as soon as we walked through the door! I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy bad customer service and half ass jobs!
