I can’t rate their service as I have never been able to actually use it. They are either non responsive, when you do come in the door, and you sit forever before anyone acknowledges your presence OR your told to come on Saturday and when you get here the lights are off and no one is here and there is no message to tell you why they are closed...Terrible...

Where do I being this experience was so horrible. When I first walked in no one greeted me or anything they just gave me the sign in sheet. It was time to do my hair which was only a crown braid and the girl couldn’t even get it right. So she called one of her other girls to do it and she rushed and did it cause she had another client, but no story short she couldn’t do it either my braid was messed up again . So other girl tried to do it and it was no better the same result from the other two girls. So about this time can you just do a twist going around my head. I had been there for two hours I was so ready to go.

Extremely horrific experience. I went in for a trim and I came back with nearly half the left I had. I am not a cosmetology student but even I know that you're supposed to flat iron natural hair before you trim it. Someone told me about this school and my regular stylist had just moved to greensboro and I thought why not. Big mistake!! I'd rather pay $90 next time than endure the unprofessionalism. Excessive pulling of hair and she didn't even know what to do. The instructor had to help fix the mess she made by chopping off too much. At the end of the day, hair is hair and it grows back I guess. So many things to write about this experience but why waste my time?

Had a good experience because hair turned out wonderfully.Manicure was great, brow wax, and shampoo, deep conditioner flat iron was great. Will go again.
