The worst customer service. The OWNER SAID to me as I am leaving un-satisfied, "YOU GET WHAT WHAT YOU PAY"/ YOU ONLY paid $8 WHAT DO YOU EXPECT! Is that what you think as a business. I got may nails done 2 days ago in Hawthorne but I accidentally ruined my clear gel nails and they couldn't even get that right? My nails only needed clear gel! That's it! They are so cheap they didn't want to use that much clear so the paint brush was so dry it was leaving streaks all over my nails and they dried UN-EVEN! It's so frustrating because the workers didn't understand me and the "OWNER" did not care AT ALL! Plus they erased my design after I told them not to touch the two nails and they charged me more! She was getting mad at me for showing her the sloppy work! They got so sloppy and lazy! I used to be a client back in '04'05'06 but I found another place in Hawthorne because they, first of all use STERILE instruments and are cheaper and nicer and customers leave happier! NAILS IN LA should not treat people that way they are so DISRESPECTFUL! They should listen to their clients and do what they desire, after all we are the ones PAYING them for a service. I will never go again, not even an emergency! They act like their service is free!

Friendly staff and somewhat quick service but always over crowded. Eyebrows are usually a quick wait, everything else a long wait. They do really good work though

The lady was so rude when doing my nails. She was on the phone texting instead of paying attention to what she was doing. She rushed through doing my nails. My nails were so uneven and she got an attitude when i asked her to fix them.

Yesterday I needed to get my nails done are usually go to Lindas nails I've been going there for 17 years with no problems. I decided to go to nails on LA because I had a funeral that I wanted to be ready for on time and since I had not made an appointment and I could wait.I was told the fastest route would be to go to this nail shop. I walk in everything seems fine everybody is in such a rush to grab you and take you to the seat as soon as I get to my seat the nail technician gets ready to prep my nails he was not very friendly from the beginning but I am a very friendly person and I made small talk with him I introduced myself and asked him his name. He when I had to commence doing my nails once I got to a certain length he told me that the price for my nails who's going to be $30 including the three dollar charge of having them shaped coffin nails.When he told me the price I said wait is it $27 for a full set and he told me while the link you want is going to be that price and I said well go ahead and cut it down some because I need to be able to maneuver around and he told me don't worry I will fix it for you.Things seem to be going fine until I noticed some discrepancies in my notes as I'm overlooking my nails I noticed that he hasn't done a very good job of filing down the hump and bumps with the electric file or just filing it in general and the paint job was done very poorly I asked him several times to repair it he begins to give me an attitude and he went to Reluctantly repair the nail that I did not like to be honest I didn't like the way he did any of them but there were two or three nails in particular that we're done very poorly he told me that it was the color of nail polish that I had chosen and that's the way that it looks and that he's told me several times this and I am not listening so I was not going to except that and since I am paying my hard earned money I wanted it done a certain way mind you I said this all politely he began to speak in his language to another coworker I'm assuming it was about my request then then he goes ahead and tells me the next time you come here don't come to me because you don't know what I'm telling you I've been doing this a long time don't come to me and I told him don't worry I will not be coming back here ever again I will go ahead and post a picture of my nails that I got on Saturday afternoon about 1 PM I now know that my regular nail salon is the best salon in the world mainly the best salon in the area I have learned my lesson and I will never again go outside of my norm because at nails on LA quality is not important only the amount of nails you do a day and how quick you get them in and out it doesn't matter how good they look or if the customer is happy I also let the nail technician know that it's not the way you want it it's the way I want it because I have to be happy about this mind you I'm getting ready to go to the funeral I will no longer do any business with this establishment and I will not refer any friends or family to this place the nail technician that did my nails said his name was fawn or faun he was very rude If you do not like your place of employment on the things you do for work you should seek other avenues for making money because clearly working with people is not for you I hope this company does better in the way they treat their customers I went ahead and attach some photos of how my nails we left looking when I left he did a very poor job and had no remorse that when he came to bring me my change he said are you happy now and patted me on my back is very unprofessional and I felt extremely uncomfortable if I could give this place zero stars I would
