I had an awful experience with this salon a year ago but I decided I’d give them another chance. Boy was that a waste of my time. I went in for a gel fill and to get my nails shaped. They proceeded to tell me that because I want 2 different colors (not designs mind you) that it will be an extra $10 because it takes longer. Then they said because I want different shaped nails (I had square, I wanted coffin), it will be another $10 because of time. To top it off, since they were repairing 2 broken nails it would be another $10. $60?!! Because it would take more time!? I walked out. Do NOT step foot in this salon. There are plenty of other nail salons in Bonney Lake to choose from. 8th Day Nails got me in right away and offered me complimentary espresso. Don’t waste your money on Love Fx!!!!!

Busy busy place, but they do a great job! I went in a few weeks ago and Kevin was able to fix my terrible terrible nails! They were too thick and the wrong shape. I thought I was going to need to have them all removed and start over, but nope. Kevin worked magic.
I came back again today, and once again excellent job.

Everytime I come to this place cindy (i think her name is Cindy- third chair on the right side), is so sweet! I am very particular about my nails but I tip well and I LOVE her quality work and how she tries to remember things about me.. It had been months since I'd been in!

I came in with my mother yesterday on Mother's Day to get manicures and pedicures. A chunk of my big toe was cut. The women doing my nails couldn't get it to stop bleeding. During my manicure she got under the table 3 times to clean my toe of all the blood. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID SORRY for cutting me. On top of a bloody crusty toe the job was done sloppy. Had it not been Mother's Day I absolutely would have complained but I didn't want to ruin the day for my mom. BEWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE!!!! Do look at my past reviews I hardly if ever leave a negative review about a business. This review is 100% deserved.
