I am crying right now. I hate my nails. Me and my mom came walked in looking for a new nail salon for our nails. I took off a old acrylic set a day ago so my nails was looking a little off but not too too bad. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he immediately snapped at me. He continuously had an attitude and tried to make me do dip nails. He kept looking at my nails and said that my nails were ugly and told me to get dip powder. I said no I wanted my regular long acrylic nails. I sit down with my two regular polish nails and sit down and get ready to get my ACRYLIC NAILS done, and when he was doing my nails.. he did everything and when he went to trim my nails, he didn’t even ask “how long” he just cut them short and says that “I’m doing this for your own good.” My nails were super duper short and I did not like it. So I told him “no I want mine longer than this” and he insisted and said “no this will help.” I wanted to cry. He continued to do dip power when I told him to give me a full set. Once my nails were done, they were super short, be never used the colors I wanted, never gave me a full set. AND my mom had to pay extra.
Also, this man was being super duper rude to this one Mexican lady in there and she didn’t like the polish she picked out so she asked “May I please get another color?” This man goes “You are so picky.” Like WHAT kind of response is that? She didn’t like her color. She might had thought it was cute until she looked again and was like “oh no, this isn’t cute”
Also, the wait for my nails was ENTIRELY too long. When my mom was done, he started mine. There was only 3 people in there with us.
This was a very VERY terrible nail experience and I hated it. I am NEVER going back AGAIN !!!!

The nail technicians were so nice and friendly! My gel polish lasted for a long time while the other nail places I went to didn't, very impressed with the service!

When I went in, I was asked what services I wanted (spa pedi & gel refil), I was told to pick out my nail color and sit down, two Caucasian women walked in shortly after me, and the guy started running the water for their pedicures and told me I would have to wait...I immediately departed and will never return!
