I've gone here quite a bit in the past with decent results for the money you spend. I have never had more poorly manicured nails than what I experienced last week. The shellac has bumps in it, half of it was on my cuticles, and when I ask that she not buff the top of my nails (yes I understand why they do this and am ok with shellac that does not last as long) I was met with her explanation and she just continued to do what she wanted anyways. I should have walked out then. She told me she would "light buff." Um, no. She destroyed my natural nails. Now I am left with obscenely thin natural nails that are not appealing, and to boot, they are so sensitive and thin that they hurt. Won't be going there anymore.

This place is this town best kept secret. This place is so clean and very professional. They use Clorox Clean up on all their foot spa tubs. All their metal nail clippers are sterilized. I only go to high end and this is considered high end. The massage chairs are so clean too! I love ❤️ this nail salon 💅!!!!!!!

First time ever to get a pedicure. I didn't know how to operate the seats. I tried to explain but the gal didn't speak English. I tried to warn of cracks in my feet but wasn't understood. A crack on one heel was ripped open.

Usually get pretty good nails done here but this time it was ridiculous. My nails are aweful. Uneven, bumpy, goopy looking and they aren't even fully painted. I told Trina that they were uneven but she didn't care. I told her she needed to fix them but clearly only care about money. Will never go back

Was a poor attempt at a pedicure by the gentleman there....asked him 3 times to cut my toe nails differently...he didn't listen, care or understand not sure which one maybe it was all 3.. but have the worst ingrown toe nail ever now.. my MIL was treated well and enjoyed her service.
