Service depends on the person working on your nails. Good people but they never stand behind the quality of service. It’s almost like they don’t care about customer satisfaction. And then there is the language barrier. Today’s no chip manicure color was uneven and nail edges were rough. Had to point out several times about the roughness of edges. Nail color is still uneven since the lady refused to apply a third coat. Spent about 1.5 hours for both pedicure and manicure and left unhappy with the service.

My first experience at this salon getting a full set of powder no-chip nails, I had Cindy. She was very kind, kept a conversation going and helped me throughout the process (being very pregnant you fidget a lot). Two weeks later I returned for a fill-in that was done by her husband. His technique was very painful. I have never had a worse experience getting nails done in my life. He would get mad at me for not placing my hands properly for him (even though I couldn't with my big belly), and used a very course grinder on my natural nail bed. It dug so deep into my nail that for the remainder of the fill-in anything that touched my nails caused excruciating pain. No surprise, the nail beds were exposed, and the chemicals aren't exactly natural. So... even though this salon is walking distance from my home, I'd rather drive further to continue my fill-ins than to return to this salon.
