Go see Angela or Amy. They are so nice & friendly. This spa is very clean & the staff is just wonderful. They offer cold beverages while you are getting pampered. You can also get your eyebrows waxed. When they start to manicure your nails & something is wrong, let them know right then. They want you to leave happy & looking good.

I debated even posting this review. I would hate to tear down a place of business especially one owned by people of color. However after several unsatisfactory visits I thought it was time to say something. Despite being dissatisfied with my nails after multiple visits I still continued to visit, because I always want to support. But this last visit was one I couldn’t go without warning. My mother and I went to get our nails done, her a fill and me to simply remove the dip powder. (Of which broke off my nails three days after having it done). I had my nails in acetone for over an hour before I took the foil off and volunteered to pay for services done but to be able to leave. My mother sat the entire 1 hour and 45 minutes and was never addressed. Had I not witnessed the countless number of non colored women got seen before me, or the other bad reviews all completed by brown women I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this. But in 2019, it’s sad to see racism still rampant even amongst others of color. I hope this review stops others from going and having the experience I did.

I love this place! Amy #2 is the only technician I’ve seen, she does a great job and doesn’t make you feel like you can’t speak up. One of the best dip manicures I’ve had in TN. My pedicure hasn’t chipped and it’s been two weeks. The prices are fair/very standard especially when you want great work.

This is the go to nail salon in Smyrna hands down and I have attempt about 5 other nail salons. (As Walk-in) Everyone is really nice and appreciate. They offer you complimentary drinks and the place interior is gorgeous compared to other local shops that do not put effort or money into salon presentation! They for sure value customer service and take their time with clients and walk-ins. I did not feel like I was robbed for my money and I received the service that I wanted without having to debate with nail tech. The wait time is a little longer, but it’s worth it when your spending your hard earned money. Thank you for your great service and I will be leaving a review on my social media for more business for you all, you deserve it! :)
