I love Midcity Salon! I have been here multiple times over the years and I have never been disappointed. I had a pedicure from Mimi today and she is phenomenal! She is so fun to talk to, I have never had a better calf and foot massage, and my toes look amazing! It is always clean and sanitary which is a huge thing i look for. Highly recommend this place ❤️

They took me right away. I was visiting for a training and they were very nice welcoming me. Service was very good. In am pleased with the results. First time I have it all white! :) Pretty. Elegant. Well done. Spent $80 for pedicure and gel manicure + 20% tip = $96.

I am not usually one for bad reviews. But I am pretty disappointed in my experience with Mid City Salon. I went to get my hair cut which went splendidly, I am very happy with this part of my time there. However, while waiting for my friend to get their hair cut I decided to get my nail polish changed. It was getting close to closing time and so I asked if they had time, and I was told yes, the technician had 30 minutes. It's just a gel polish change so it should be quick and easy. So back we went, the technician was very skilled and probably would have done a wonderful job if she hadn't been slammed. We were halfway through when the boss lady came through and asked how long my polish change would take. First off, how rude. Second, I am used to gel polish being set and dry by the time we finish the process but I couldn't even make it out of the salon without the polish being ruined. I would have preferred they just tell me that they didn't have time rather than slapping a rushed and mediocre polish job on me. Lesson learned though.
Status Update: the polish slid right off during the night. I really appreciate your shown effort to fix the problem but unfortunately we leave today and I don’t have the opportunity to get over there. Thankfully the polish seemed to have come off all together so my nails don’t look that ridiculous anymore. Although I regret getting my nails done to begin with at least I don’t have jacked up polish anymore.

By far the BEST salon experience I’ve ever had. Teresa did my hair, and I love it! They were all so friendly and welcoming, and did their best to make you feel comfortable. Very reasonable prices, and great services. I even walked away with samples of shampoo, and instructions on how to keep my hair looking great.
I will highly, highly recommend this salon to all my friends and family in the future!!
