I've been here twice now. Both times were with my mother and 4yo daughter. The staff has been great, going above and beyond, even for my young daughter. They have 3 chairs for children: one Frozen themed, and two more together on the opposite side of the shop that are teddy bears, if I remember correctly. They offer complimentary soda, water or wine. The prices are along the lines of other walk-in shops I've been to, maybe even a little less expensive. This isn't the closest place to me, but I will continue to go the extra distance for a great experience. The last time we went, almost every chair was full, but we didn't have to wait at all. They seem to keep a good idea of where to place people to keep optimum availability.

Have never been here before and so far I loved them! I plan to come back! My nails were shaped perfectly and the length was exactly what I wanted as well. Didn't catch the name of the man who did my nails but he was running the show when I was there. He was nice and let me enjoy my peace. Only bothered me when he asked about if the shape was good or not and the like. I very much enjoyed the peace I had there. The seats were comfortable and the area was very clean. The bathroom was clean and spotless as well. Arrived at a somewhat busy time but was given a seat promptly and was taken care of not too terribly long after.
Was in and out in an hour n a half. Took a bit longer because I was chatting with another customer. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is terrible. It all started when I got my nails done for prom 2 years ago. The man that did my nails complained that they were gonna be too long, but they aren’t supposed to do that. So moving on recently, I go to get my nails done and I picked out this gorgeous navy blue, sparkly color. The woman that did my nails kept asking me and pressuring me to get a French tip manicure, and I repeatedly told her no and she kept pushing. And then looked at her co-worker and looked at my friend and I, and laughed in our faces. Not only did she pressure me BUT she put the WRONG color on my nails. Even after I told her it was the absolutely wrong color, she insisted that “it just looked that way because it wasn’t filed down.” I left no tip and left upset. I will not be returning here. That was my second chance I gave them, no more will I return.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Texas in January. Unfortunately today is the last time I will come. I got a deluxe spa pedicure and specifically showed them my feet before and asked then to get all the dry skin off. After he was done I felt my feet and they were still rough. When I asked if they could do some more the guy tried saying something about he did it once and couldn’t do it again? And refused to. Multiple other employees were around and no one offered to fix it for me. I had to pay $35 to have to go home and take care of my feet myself? Not happy at all. Will not return.

Had an appointment for 5:30 didn't get attended to until I decided to leave around 6:30. Customers would walk in and no one from reception would greet them so the customers left. Workers walked around with no sense of urgency, either on their phones or talking to other workers. Overall this salon deserves 1 star, however I gave it two because the woman who finally attended to me after an hour was very nice (despite the fact that she charged me $10 for a coffin shape). Will only come back to this salon if I'm desperate.
