Where do I start?
I read the reviews before stopping in and they were all HORRIBLE!!! I should of listened to that but we were in the area and my God daughter was getting her hair done down the street so we just went ahead and stopped in. My husband, God daughter and myself were serviced. $80 in total! Pedicure was ok ( could of been better) just okay! My fill-in experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!! She messed up the color shape and kept hurting me. I kept speaking up for myself but she kept getting mad. Why is it that we pay so much money on OUR nails and when we speak up about the service they get so angry. I was so polite about it and when she finished I told her they look horrible with tears in my eyes. I showed the manager and he agreed they were messed up. No money off no apology nothing. I have to pay someone else to fix them. I swear I hate bad customer service BAD BUSINESS
Never again!
Dont make the same mistake I made. Smh!

NEVER GO HERE! I was waiting for a pedicure & walked out because THEY DO NOT STERILIZE THE TOOLS THEY USE! I watched as they simply scrubbed the tools off in a sink & moved on to the next customer! Three women did this back to back, so it was obviously a common practice & not just a one-off.

The 15$ pedicures are nice but the regular nail polishes they have are old and have had plenty of thinner added. Our polish took forever to dry and then chipped the next day. Definitely will bring my own polish next time.

I decided not to go there anymore because they do not sterilize their tools the place sucks and they want you to accept whatever they give you filthy
