First time and last time getting my eye brows shaped here.
The lady Nina was friendly at first but when I wasn’t getting my nails done $55 - she wanted to make me happy with eye brows. However when she was finished and showed me I saw many straggling stray and asked what about that - she said to leave it so they would be even. But they were not even the side with the straggling hairs was much longer than the other side. Long story. Results. In the end I left not happy and she wasn’t happy that I tipped 10%. That’s better than nothing when I wasn’t happy and she didn’t want to fix it. See for yourself. Does this look good?

I walked in on Sunday afternoon and was greeted by a friendly staff. I was seated with Nina who put foil on my hands to soak while I got my Pedicure. From that point on the person who did my Pedicure was rough, cut me and just very aggressive. After my Pedicure I went back to Nina to get gel dip and she was rushed and over dipped and then used her finger to mash the dip smooth. My thumbs looked horrible. When I questioned her she said, no they look fine. I also had large clumps of gel under my nails. When I asked her to clean them her comment was, when you wash them at home you can clean them better than me. Ugh, I work hard for my money and when I splurge on myself. I expect to not be argued with and if aim paying for a service and not Happy, don't down play it. I will not be back and would not recommend them. #unsatisfiedcustomer

I've been going to this nail salon for about 8 months. Love the service. Anthony is amazing and whatever designs I show him he gets it right every time. Very clean and a lot of pedicure chairs. Highly recommend!
