I'm always satisfied with my nails. I went to another nail salon and paid more and my nails looked really bad. I had a very hard time trying to get them off. I will drive a little further to Kimmy's from now on because I know my nails will look good and I won't pay more.

I've been going to Kimmy's since 2010. I have never had a problem there until a few moments ago. Richard, nail tech, part owner decided to yell at my 10 y/o daughter telling her to sit down. I asked him what was the problem she's just standing there watching the other kids. He was very angry & yelled that my daughter messed up toilet paper. Really Richard??!! I don't know what his problem is but when his kids are there they run all around that salon. Like I told him, you don't want nobody yelling at your kids so don't yell at mine. Tell me what the issue is and don't assume that it's ok to yell at my kids, you a*sh*le!! I didn't even finish getting my pedicure, I left. You don't get anymore of my business & I know you don't care but if I started to protest in front if your establishment you would care because my dollars do matter!!

If I could give this place a zero I would the guy that was doing my nails he's smudge them and didn't try to fix them at all the equipment was dirty they trimmed way too far down on my cuticles and not even 25 minutes after I left my nail broke in half taking my real nail with it this is by far the worst nail salon I've ever Bentyl I will never be coming back

I've been going here since I got my first job at 16 and the place is great i just wouldn't waste time with the free airbrush designs they usually don't last. Also they've got some of the cheapest Brazilian waxing I've seen so far 👌

Been going to kimmy for over 15 years. Seems like the service is getting worse and i be in that place for 5 to 6 hours some days. I can not continue my services here.😢 i do not feel like a valued customer of 15 years.
