Excellent customer service! Staff is very friendly! Stop yesterday to get a manicure yesterday, and had a great experience. Shop was busy, vibrant with lots of great energy! Owner made sure that I was comfortable!

Let me just say im from the older generation and i look for clean floors dust free shelves etc. However the beauty mark rates above and BEYOND! Staff is FANTASTIC! Professionally dressed, no scarves on their heads no unpleasant body odors, as ive experienced in the past.! Nice music playing ,staff is very welcoming and warm! I always need my hair braided super tight and my wishes are met! Maggie , Ivy, and the Receptionist Ashley are FANTASTIC. Sirra the owner did a FANTASTIC job with picking her staff. I LOVE THE BEAUTY MARK. IM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRICES.,AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CUSTOMER EVERY 2WEEKS FAITHFULLY AS IVE BEEN.! NICE JOB MY BLACK SISTERS! IM EXTREMELY PROUD OF YOU ALL!
