The manager (if he even was a manager) Ryan was rude and insulting and created a huge issues on a friends account as well. And of course, they’re not a corporate store, so they don’t care about their jobs enough to fix it. Went to a corporate T-Mobile store and they were able to resolve the issue. Don’t go to the closest store and trust such a big, important account to people like this.

Will and Donovan have the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I went in with my cousin while she got a new phone and walked out with one myself. I switched carriers and was given the best deal. I'm not good with phones so he explained how to use my new phone and the great new features with the Samsung S8 compared to the ZTE I had with Metro. I'm pretty pleased with my purchase thus far and will recommend anyone to their store. Thank you guys! The industry needs more people like you

've been here before and had a really bad experience. I had to deal with a sales man (I'll call him Rita) who was rude and was seemingly doing things for the purpose of making my return difficult. I wanted to return an iPhone 8 that I purchased the previous day. I was told that the new iPhone X was going to be available to purchase in a couple of days. I originally wanted the 8 plus, but they didn't have any in stock. When I told them I wanted to return the iPhone 8, saying it was too small for me, Rita said I would have to produce the receipt, which I accidentally left at home. I told Rita that I just purchased the phone the previous day and asked him why he couldn't just look it up in his computer and added that he just saw me in there the day before. He stated it their policy. I decided to challenge that policy and got T mobile customer service on the phone. I could tell this made Rita angry as he began huffing and puffing, rolling his eyes and shaking his head. As I spoke with the agent over speakerphone, the T mobile customer service agent told me that the sales man (Rita) should be able to look me up on the computer. He literally threw a hissy fit and in that old "neener, neener" tone, saying that they didn't have to go by what Corporate says because they were a franchise store. I thought to myself, yeah, whatever that means. I asked for the manager and was told he was out until the next day (we'll refer to him as Joe Dirt). I ended up just leaving the store and planned to return the next day. I returned the following day and the manager (Joe Dirt), had just stepped out. I waited for him at the front counter. Upon his return, Joe came up to the counter and made eye contact with me. Just before I was about to speak, Joe held up his finger and said just a moment, and proceeded to ask Rita something menial. Doing so, as to demonstrate that he didn't think that my issue was important. It was obvious that Rita had already spoken with Joe because Rita knew I'd be lodging a complaint. The entire time I spoke to Joe, he acted as if to ignore me as he fixated on my iPhone 8 that I wanted to return. He was holding it up to the light, looking to see if there were any scratches or blemishes on the device. For a second, I thought he was going to pull out a magnifying glass. It was obvious that he didn't care what I had to say and he made sure I would know that by purposely acting distracted and unfocused as I was explaining my issue. I didn't get any satisfaction from Joe. I decided to leave the store, vowing to end my 12 year relationship with T mobile as soon as I pay off the balance I owe for equipment purchases. Over the years, I've purchased several devices from T Mobile. I have approximately 6 or 7 lines of service, all with data. I went through all that trouble at a t mobile retail store, because a couple of degenerate kids were given jobs they aren't qualified to perform. You don't give people like those guys (Joe and Rita) jobs jn any customer service oriented businesses. Especially if they don't have the skills or the proper attitude to do the job. Luckily they had another sales person there (we'll call her Penelope) who actually did her job. I had to upgrade my son's phone yesterday and she was there. When I walked in, I was greeted professionally and she even remembered me from before. Hopefully, I will be paying off all of my equipment after tax season and will either go straight to Penelope or call customer service to unlock my devices so I can switch to a better carrier. All I can say about T mobile is its been fun but we're getting a divorce!
