Hotel is in a convenient area. It would be nice if there was some allocation put towards restoring it and putting some tlc into the building. Feels like there were some cheap quick fixes done to the building and rooms. Isn’t the worst thing because it is a historical building but just needs some love. If you have a stroller or wheel chair be ready to walk around the end of the wing’s to get to the street. Not very accessible. Staff was very nice, Valet guys were incredible and professional. All in all great stay, not very family friendly but perfect place to stay without kids. Will be coming back without the kids next time.

Room was perfect. Everything we expected and more. Bed was super comfy. Only thing is, if you book online they don't tell you about the $50 convenience fee. Other than that everything was great. Staff were friendly. Parking is a nightmare though if you don't want to pay for parking. One day is $18. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a very disappointing Thanksgiving meal for the big money (!!!!!) we two paid for it. No fruit, no salmon, no oysters, no shrimp, no other fish. The buffet was very much scaled-down. Black coffee mugs (like you might get at a fast food place). are never inviting with dessert. What happened to the nice coffee cups and saucers, your nice restaurant used to have years ago? Your newly painted Venetian Dining Room looks very uplifting.

This place is wonderfully old and charming. The paint is peeling here and there and that just adds to the fun of it. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. You are within walking distance of good shopping, food, and great hiking. It was wonderful to hear live music played in the evenings too. Really enjoyed our weekend here.
