Had been charged way more than what was listed and upon asking Trina just made up numbers and I didn’t feel it was worth an argument!! Service by Kim was great!

My mother and I decided to go in and get a manicure/pedicure and a pedicure. My pedicure was very satisfactory. However my mother, not so much. The guy who did her pedicure was very new, and not very attentive at all (he often replied "huh" and looked around as if he didn't know my mom was talking to him). He pulled and filed her skin very hard, and this relaxing experience was anything but relaxing for her. He also did her French tips very crooked, another woman stepped in and tried to fix them but they were still very thick.
My mom still had to pay a lot for the service they provided (over $100). Needless to say, he didn't get a very good tip and we will not be returning any time soon.
My mother informed them of her dissatisfaction, and they offered to do the whole thing over. However her illnesses limit her from sitting in a set position for a long time and we had already been there for hours. We were not aware that her pedicure wasn't going to be done the right way the first time. If we would have known, we wouldn't have came. We were not unreasonable, my mother spoke up several times about her discomfort, but an employee told my mother she was "arguing".
One of my mother's illnesses is rheumatoid arthritis and it is painful enough as it is, but when she arrived at her destination and looked at her feet she noticed her feet were actually bleeding from how hard he filed her heels. Her feet are completely red and they will definitely have bruises by tomorrow, because of how rough he was.
She is a very unsatisfied customer, which is a bit of an understatement.

Extremly disappointed. I got my nails done a week ago. The top near the curticle was not smooth and was catching on my hair. The nail tech filed my nails 15-20 minutes. Then the owner tells me that they will have to charge half a polish change. I felt that was reasonable until the tech said it's $13. Which is more than what they have posted for a polish change. And on top of that the owner was suggesting that I could have file the nails myself. Sorry after spending over $90 the week before, I should not have to file anything!!!

Kinda pricey and rough (my fingers where sore for a week) but my nails showed no signs of coming off or any raising till 4 weeks! That's with no fills or anything! That's crazy impressive

I always leave there with a bounce in my step. They are very gracious, and do nice work.
