I asked for coffin shape and I don't even know what shape it is. She didn't do a good double coat. Half a nail broke when I went home. They were so rude. When the lady was doing my friends nails she got through 4 nails and they went to go do someone's toes. Don't recommend it at all. Overall horrible experience! Never going back there again.

Waited 45 minutes with foils on my hands and toes to remove my gel to have a new manicure and pedicure done. I don't mind waiting but first you say 10 mins then I ask again and you say 20 minutes and I told the lady I've been sitting for 45 minutes and my fingers are burning she then looks concerned to start with me. If clients are quick to complain about waiting they take them right away even before someone who has been there 45 minutes? If I wouldn't have told them I'm taking the foils off and leaving I would have been there waiting a longer time. Last month I went for the same exact thing which was 48.00 but this time I was charged 56.00 and the reasoning was 4 dollars to cut fingernails 4 dollars to cut toes. I had already trimmed my nails at home I asked her to cut one nail on each hand that I left too long. I have used this place for awhile now but it's time to find somewhere else. Take care of your loyal clients (with so many nail salons in the area) and stop trying to keep the immediate complainers happy while pushing your regular clients aside. That's greed about the nail clipping charge not quality customer service

Terrible experience, I would not advise anyone to go here. Very rude service the ladies that work there barley understand English and you can barley understand them. Waited 20 minutes in a chair with my nails half done while my nail lady left to go do another ladies nails because she threatened to leave. Bad service will not be returning.
