I left extremely upset. I asked for dip powder, they applied some other powder. Then when the guy was almost finished he said, okay go wash your hands. I washed my hands. Apparently I wasn't supposed to use soap. She then got upset with me because I use soap and had an attitude. $82 in the toilet, I will never go there again. The pedicure was okay, but I am extremely upset with my manicure.he knew that it looked horrible and he kept going, luckily for him I was in such a rush to pick my son up from school I didn't have time to sit there and argue, so I paid and left in a hurry. I will continue to go to my lady at Devine nails in round Rock, Katherine always does an amazing job

The place is clean. But not sure about the quality of service. Had my daughter get a manicure and had to go twice.We got Gel Manicure but both times the nail polish came off within 2 days. I got Gel done by Friendly Nails and it is still on after 2 weeks. You pay extra to get GEL and it comes off after 2 days. Sorry never going back to this place again.

Don’t get me wrong. Ladies who did our nails were fabulous, but this has to be one of the worst retail experiences of my entire life. I have worked in retail myself now for years, and when checking someone out I would never let them forget their payment card. Well when I was leaving I signed the receipt and never got my card back in return. I was to distracted by the 2 nail techs, front desk man and my mom who were all speaking at once. Well an hour later my card was being used in places I was not. So I cancel the card and call the salon to let them know to be a little more careful. He tells me “we no keep card” I’m like sir I’ve worked in retail for years now. I would never let someone leave without their card. Am I saying you purposely stole it? No I am not. I’m saying someone dropped the ball and your establishment should of been more responsible not to let someone steal it from behind your counter. He continued to tell me I had no proof so I hung up. Worst buisness plan! Also my mom and I are fairly certain they don’t give the girls the tips you leave them on your card. They always say “cash please cash better”. Never going here again.

Amazing colors. They have an excellent assortment of Acrylic color powders. It lasts for weeks without fading or chipping. The staff is also friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and very professional, very clean and hygienic.

At the Nail Salon Expert in Cedar Park, I was just finished drying my nails. There was a lady checking out talking to Ben very hateful. She was not happy with her manicure and pedicure.
Ben was trying to work with her. She refused all assistance from him. I heard her say “I will pay the $87. I won’t be back and I will be writing a review.”
As a rule, I don’t write reviews but I don’t know if I have ever heard a customer like that be so mean to someone trying to help her.
I love the Nail Salon Expert. To me it seems new, clean, and sanitary. It has a lot of customers.
I have been going there about a year.
When you want a good manicure or pedicure, please consider going to the Nail Salon in Cedar Park.
