I brought my mom here to get a hair cut and the styling was perfect. Effie takes a multi step approach. First cut while wet. Second after a blow dry. Multiple passes executed til it lays perfectly. Great listener too to what you want but don’t want. If I lived in nyc I would be s regular too

Effie is the most wonderful stylist, My daughter and I had a great hair cut and blow dry with him. And every one in this salon is very friendly.

Had a wonderful walk-in experience. My hair feels and moves wonderfully. I will return, for the great cut and relatively reasonable prices!

Avoid this place at all costs!! I went in for a cut and highlights last month and left with tiger stripes. My stylist Effie (presumably the business owner) did a terrible job blending the highlights and let the bleach bleed through the foil, leaving me with very noticeable striping along my scalp. I went back the next day to have the color corrected. I believe I was given a temporary root smudge, as the striping is still present. I'm very disappointed, especially after having spent $400 for just the initial cut and highlights. Unless you want to leave dissatisfied, find someplace else to spend your money.
