That is the worst airline to recover freight from, you need to be ready to expend 2 hrs if not more ,no communication am ok ng whse.personnel very dis- Organized a Complete Nightmare ,there include Qatar,Eva, as well same whse personnel same bad habits ,drivers are uniportant part of their operations.
