Very nice people that run the shop. You can tell it is a very friendly family that owns the shop. My Vietnamese isn’t that great but was still able to have a pleasant conversation with them. As for my nails, I am very simple when it comes to how I get them done. I was very pleased with my nails and they look great! Thanks again!

Came here on a Sunday for a gel manicure and simple pedicure. When I walked in everyone was super friendly and I was seated right away. Everything was going great until more customers came in. After this, it felt like my nails were rushed because they were short staffed. I asked my manicurist multiple times for round nails and I ended up with square. I even said “can we make this more round” as she was filing ( I came in with round nails). There was polish left on my finger tips and lumps of gel on the nail. My pedicure was great until it was time for the polish. I have should painted my toes myself. Overall, okay place. I’m sure they do a better job when they’re not slammed. But when I’m spending $60 I’d hope for better results.

I am not one that will leave a review. I am the type that will get my service good or bad and move on. But what I just experienced from this owner is sad and completely unprofessional. I went in Tuesday to get a full acrylic set. I’ve been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for almost 20 years so I know when a set is a good one. I usually am pretty loyal to a good service and was looking for a new nail shop because I’m new to the area. Although I spoke with the owner on the phone, she informed me that she was at their separate location down the street and that her mother would take care of me. I met with her mother who was the SWEETEST and very hospitable, despite the language barrier. She didn’t perfect my nails but she was so kind that I didn’t mind because she did a pretty good job so I paid her and tipped. By Friday unfortunately I had lost 4 nails and called this morning to see if they could assist in fixing them reiterating how kind her mother was during my visit. That is when I was told I was a liar and that I did something to my nails in order to get a free nail job. I calmly continued to reassure her that I didn’t and I just wanted to see what I could do as it has only been 4 days. She continued to blame me and said if I didn’t stop lying she would charge me to fix them. To appease to her anger I then said for laughs and giggles, “Ok. If it would make you feel better for me to say that I did something in order for you all to fix my nails I’ll say that and head up to the shop for a fix.” She then said well that’s my fault and that she wouldn’t fix anything and that I can PAY to have a new set since I am still a liar. BEWARE of bad service!!!!!! I hate to do this but this is so shocking that people do this to people coming from a business owner:(

I wont go back unfortunately.2 employees were sleep in chairs the entire time I was there, not very professional.Young boy host very nice. They guy doing my nails was very nice, overall massage great...however did not remove all polish off my nails before placing the next color on,just placed new gel over gel residue.Mistakes made around nail were not cleaned up ex. paint touching my skin. Paid $45 for Gel with Deluxe Pedi
