-edit.... only reason I didn't edit my review from 5 to 1 was because of the ladies up front. Unfortunately I became Ill from the beds.. 1 short year of getting to know a great staff only to end by a painful itchy infection not once but twice. I wish revive well, the ladies up front will be missed. And for the record I was loyal to revive for 1 year. I never went to any other tanning place until after my 2nd skin infection, had someone called me during my healing time and apologized and offered me a month of platinum service and heard the words we will start washing our towels in hot water i would be a loyal customer today. but since that didn't happen i began to shop around for another place to tan. never once have i entered another tanning place until i left revive. I have gone to others in the past before revive but never during the time i was a member.

Do not go here. My husband scheduled me a massage for our anniversary. Was told to be there at 10:30am. 20 minutes later I’m still in the waiting room being ignored. I finally ask and one person tells me my therapist left for an errand and never returned. It was constant lies about where she was for another 10 min. Then a second person tells me she was never there at all that day and not answering her phone. They should have told me when I first arrived she was not there, ideally in advance. Terrible experience. Horrible treatment of customers.

Tried to make an appointment for 4 people called 3 times left a message once never got a call back not good business! Finally got return call. We went & enjoyed our services.

We had coupons for the sauna and float, both were amazing.

Paid for 75 minute facial and got a 55 minute. Otherwise very nice staff.
