It was my first but not last pedicure. What a friendly place and you definitely get your money's worth. This is a real pedicure, so relax & enjoy yourself.

I usually don't write a review, but I just witnessed the most awful treatment from a bully customer to the owner and after all the verbal abuse she wrote an awful review about the place.
The lady came in with a chip on her shoulder and began bullying the owner. The owner was trying to accommodate a bogus coupon she presented but the customer kept up her negativity and bullying and left saying that she was gonna leave a bad review.
Sandi, the owner, is a small business owner who works hard and is fair. She goes above and beyond for me each time and her employees are all nice and are "real" people.
For someone to come in and boss a small business person around for their small benefit and to write a bad review to ruin them is just un-American! I couldn't sit by and let the person before this review rip a hard working person apart for something she did not do!
I witnessed the entire transaction and heard all of their conversations.
The customer was a bully and abusive toward the owner.
There was no yelling and there was none of the commotion except from the customer.
I hope that what goes around comes around.

I had a great experience at this salon I will go back. Cindy used OPI which I requested. They had Shellac or OPI. It lasted 3 weeks and looked perfect. I had to go back because it was growing out. Thanks Beyond Nails

I had the most horrible experience at Beyond Nails this morning. Went in for my 9:00 am appointment and was told it was not until 11:00 even though I have a phone message confirming my 9:00 am the day before. Sandy Tomlinson the owner proceeded to call the receptionist over and berate her in front of the entire salon which not only humiliated the poor girl but made me the customer very uncomfortable. I did return at ll:00 although it sent the rest of my day into a total tailspin as I was in a wedding this day and had arrangements with the rest of the wedding party for other committments at that time. Upon returning at ll:00 Sandy the owner continued with trying to excuse THEIR mistake with telling me I must have refused the card confirming my appointment three weeks before when I was there and if I hadn't dont that it would have been written down for me and as a matter of fact it was written on my groupon with the date and time of 9:00 am. Of course it coud not be the arrogant Sandy's fault, oh no she competely blames the customer and in front of the entire salon berates me as she did her receptionist earlier in the day. Just needing my nails done for the wedding I said nothing and she did my nails slamming utensils around the entire time. Upon finishing I politely say "thank you" obviously never planning on returning and she says quite loudly for the entire salon to hear says "don't come back". A more unprofessional, arrogant and rude owner of a business I have never met. She obviously has never heard the mantra "Customers come first and the customer is always right" I would definitely never consider going to this salon ever again.
