Not only did the nail technician NOT do what I asked, she ripped my acrylic nails off my nail bed and it was very painful and then acted as if I was inconveniencing her to ask her to soak them instead. Very lazy job, I asked her to fix her mistakes several times and while she attempted to fix them, it was not something she tried very hard to make right. My nails came out very uneven, clumpy gel underneath the nail (even after I asked her to fix them) and I still had my previous nail color on my nail so now it shows through my current color which she assured me it would “come off when I wash my hands” and I also ended up with super glue all over several spots on my hands like my palm and arm. Very disappointed, my nails are extremely sloppy. I will not be giving anymore money to this place. I also ended up with infected cuticals and sore nail beds because of how rough and not careful this woman was. It took two hours to get my nails done, and they still look like garbage. Bad customer service.

Worst manicure ever! Within 3 days, my polish was chipping and peeling. The guy who did my manicure was very unfriendly. When I did try to strike up a conversation, he mumbled and would not make eye contact. He was, however, speaking in his native tongue very avidly (although I don't know to whom as he wasn't looking at anyone). He nipped and cut the skin around my nails and filed them down and square without asking me if that was what I wanted (I didn't). It was very rushed and anything BUT relaxing. The woman at the register yelled to him, across the room about the tip that the previous customer left before she barely got out the door (tacky!). Poor customer service and quality. Don't waste your money.

I have been getting my nails done by Cely and Thomas for over 10 years. They are a honest and hard working family. My nails always come out beautifully. They do quality work.
If you are not happy with your service at Phancy Nails you need to speak up at that time. They are always more than willing to make it right.

I don't go anywhere else! Every other place I've gone to before messed up my nails. I take my daughter to get a pedicure done also and they at great with children. Cely does my nails and I am always extremely satisfied!!!! I won't go any where else!! :-)

My daughter and I went in for manicures. Table 1 (older woman) didn't shape her nails , manicure was uneven, her thumb nail was stuck to her skin! No massage as per description of service, very rushed! I was shocked when she came over to me saying she was done! I was still getting my shellac removed and we started at the same time. I was at table 10 , she placed my hands in PLAIN water, did not place any cuticle remover and she was SICK and kept coughing on my hands, I have LUPUS, thankfully I did not get sick!!!!!! She placed a minimal amount of lotion when massaging which caused burning skin as she rubbed my arms! It was an AWFUL experience!
I've left 2 messages for Thomas the owner and no return phone call!
This is the FIRST time in my life I've EVER left a bad review!
Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else but PHANCY NAILS!
