Beautiful building in a great location! The staff are very responsive and accommodating. The units have modern appliances and have great natural light. The communal rooftop offers a great view of the city as well as a fireplace, lounge chairs and a grill. Boutique 28 is a very clean and safe building. I really enjoyed living there!
