First off I want to start by saying how excited I was to do my nails with Jenny I had booked a month ago. I arrived 30 minutes earlier. I showed her my inspiration nails picture(500 dollars) she requires a deposit of $50 so I decided that I wasn’t going to spend $500 dollars on my nails so I told her that I was willing to pay $250. So for $250 you get 4 rhinestone nails but not full , she left acrylic residue on my nails she was bothered that I had dry cuticles and she didn’t even bother to check if my nails were perfect because I have a hair in one of them. I do understand that you get what you pay for but I honestly was expecting a better service not this! even if it was simple she should have made sure that the nails were perfect and that I was satisfied but I wasn’t! I guess if you are a celebrity or somebody from the media you’re going to get pampered and an excellent service but since I’m a regular person she doesn’t care and I’m not a complicated person I’m always open to suggestions .. i’ll leave some pictures here...

Very rude! Left my best friends nails horrible and Jennie snatched the money from our hands and dismissed us. Idk why the customer service is so horrible.

If you want nail close to the queen of bling please see Peter he is the guy ladies. He work doesn’t disappoint. I’ve been going to him for 14 years . Period

Well me and my daughter went there today and some guy came running 🏃 out of the street telling me there close so I ask him why it’s no sign up saying they close he said he work up there he doing work on the premisses so I went up stairs anyway because I never seen this guy a day in my life so I went up there and they only was taking there personal customers no new customers I will never return never and they over charge you

I love my nail tech Annie! She does an amazing job. All the nail techs are pretty nice but my favorite nail techs sit in back.
