I went in to have my hair dyed from black to light brown, and I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted. This lady told me there was no problem and went ahead and dyed my hair immediately without the required patch test. The hair dye was in my hair for about an hour and a half under the heat chair, which seemed very odd to me, and I even made sure they hadn't forgotten about me or anything. After the lady washed my hair out she started blow drying my hair, and my hair was still pitch black with bleached roots, it was at this point where I called my mother so she could witness this audacity. I told the lady this was not what I wanted and she said she would fix it and she would dye my hair light brown, so she proceeded to dye my hair AGAIN. When applying this second hair dye my scalp started burning VERY badly to the point where i started to cry, but the lady assured me it was supposed to be painful. After another hour of waiting, it was washed out again and while blow drying my hair i could see the blond roots were gone and all i was left with was my pitch black hair that i had walked in with. The lady smiled and said she fixed it and when i told her that the obviously black hair was NOT light brown like i asked the entire salon staff pitched in and was trying to convince my mother and I that my black hair was LIGHT BROWN!!! They made me pay for the service and mocked us, saying we are color blind, although I have SEVERAL pictures to prove it. It was a very horrible and traumatic experience.

Over priced for the work provided. Mail a had major bubbles & other errors would not provide refund. They kept begging me to spend more money because my boyfriend was treating me out. Very superficial women & beg for more money.

A friend and I tried to go into hp hair and nails on a Sunday to get our nails done but my friend asked if she could go to the bathroom first. Instead of the owner telling us that she was closed, she told us to get out. I’m not sure if it was because of the color of the skin but she was very disrespectful. Don’t go to this place.

I have been here several times and loved they're service and the women they're are super nice. This last time-my hair was colored the wrong color and my nails began to chip 2 days later.
