I did like myencounters with dr. Green, however, dealing with the office customer service is not worth it to see her. I’ve gone 3 times and it’s just horrible service. They are so difficult. They are so uninformative and rude. When i went for my last physical, they put it in the system as a follow up so they charged me for my physical. At another physical, i asked the doctor a health question. They charged me as if i visited the office for a physical and a 2nd visit so i still had to pay a Co pay.

Great doctor but impossible to deal with the office. Nothing is organized and no one knows anything about Green's patients. An office cannot function this way with their patients. Unacceptable.

The doctor is awesome, but the office is difficult to deal with. Four weeks so far without a response to a prescription refill and when I do reach someone they disconnect before the issue can be explained.
