Has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a gift certificate for $60 for a mother's day gift and it was a complete waste. Called to see if we could use the gift certificate to get two pedicures and I was told that that was more expensive and they could do an express pedicure. First off, I would've been more than happy to pay the cost difference and secondly I can wash my own feet. Decided I would try to schedule a hair appt and the only day I had available she isn't working. Never offered any other dates, times excetra. Just seems like she had no interest in my concerns or even tried to work with me. Instead she was an exceptional customer service person that likes to Hang Up The Phone on you instead of taking care of business. Would not recommend anyone going there. My own red flag when I bought the certificate should have steered me away however I thought that I would give it a try and that was a huge mistake. There are way to many businesses out there to treat people that way.

Bought a Groupon and tried several times to call and schedule my appointment with no answer. Today I got an email from Groupon stating they are sorry but due to unforeseen circumstance that I am not able o get my Groupon deal. And that it would be 10 days before I would get my money back. It sure didn’t take them 10 days to take my money out of my account! Very bad business on the part of this salon!

Purchased a Groupon and tried to redeem when I called the they hung up on me after being very rude. I don’t recommend you trust their services.

Everyone please check out the reviews also on the Dublin Moms in the know Facebook page there is a video of the OWNER cussing a customer and being completely awful in front of customers. How in the world is this place still open???? Read all of the comments on that post this has happened multiple times on numerous occasions. This is so awful.
