This salon is very clean and staff do a nice job. They will offer you something to drink when you arrive and I always leave feeling confident and happy with how my nails look at the end. I get gel manicures (see photos) and the gel always lasts a few weeks. Salon also gives you coupons for $5 off and a punch card to redeem free service for every 10 services. The main owner (male) can be a little blunt and rude at times but overall, my experiences with nail techs have been pleasant. I recommend to anyone in the area.

I understand walk-ins can't always be accommodated, but when I asked about when they would have time available I was told "we don't have time." Not great service. I have been here before and was very happy with my experience. Not pleased with how I was treated this time.

I would first like to start off by saying I have never written a review on here in my life. This place has absolutely ridiculous and horrible nail services. I went for the first time and I will never be going back. I was left with the aluminum foil on my hands for far too long to get the gel manicure off and it felt like I was getting third degree burns while I sat and watched people who got there after me get their nails done. I asked for my nails to be trimmed a TINY bit and I didn’t know that translated into “take a third of my nail off”. All my nails were filed so unbelievably crooked so they are all slanted. I didn’t even have any polish on and I was so tempted to just pay and leave with my nails completely a mess. They didn’t touch the cuticles at all and slabbed some lotion on for the “massage” and called it a day after 10 seconds. If you like your SKIN to be filed so it feels like they’re making your skin raw and about ready to bleed then this is the place for you. When it came to applying the polish, it was no surprise that it came out like a 5-year-old just painted her nails for the first time after experiencing what I had already experienced. Nail polish doesn’t even cover the full nail but somehow ended up on my skin, very streaky, and my nails were chipped when I left after not even touching anything. The tips of my nails do not feel smooth, they’re very jagged. I’m going to have to spend some time fixing them and getting the nail polish off my SKIN. Might take everything off completely and redo them myself. I’ve been getting my nails done and been doing them myself for many many years so I’m no newbie when it comes to nails. Anyone who has ever gotten their nails done would recognize this experience as one that was not safisfactory. There were a few people in there that seemed angry and disappointed with their services as well. All in all, you could not even pay me to go back there.

Horrible customer service. Kendall is extremely unprofessional. She insisted that she couldn’t put “energy” into my pedicure, although I was paying for the service & have been a customer for 3 years. She proceeded to argue with me when I simply asked for a massage (which is included in the pedicure), she barely did the service & was talking the whole time. I have no problem paying for a service but I do have a problem with those who expect to be given money with a half assed job. I also work hard for my money & would never once speak to a client the way I was spoken to.

Love! Love! Love this nail salon! I drive an hour to visit because I cannot find anyone near my house that comes close to the amazing work you all do. I am a perfectionist, but never have a complaint when I leave here. Thank you! :)
