So I went here today after a long day at work.
Tony did my pedicure and he did an amazing job, he got my little grown nails, & he just took his time, he also didn't rush on my leg massage like some do. I did receive a mini water bottle,he was nice and overall I got to relax for a bit before going home! Definitely will be back.

I started going here almost two years ago,they are serious the best I’ve came across from CUSTOMER SERVICE to cleanliness, time management everything is on point...I’ve moved all the way to riviera beach and I still come to lamer of west palm beach to get my pedicure medicure eyebrows lashes whatever I need TRACY is the best she kills my nails every time I’ve never been disappointed with their services😍😍😍keep up the great work guys

Went here for a pedicure, it was very thorough and well done which is why I came back. I decided to do my eyebrows here too, I graduate in 3 days. The lady that did my eyebrows waxed off some of my skin. I felt more pain than usual so I looked at it and showed her. Mind you, she waxed over the same spot twice. I had my doubts about this. Her immediate response was not in sorry, or any other customer centric solution, just blame. Oh, I have sensitive skin, I should have told her. I told her this has never happened before. She says oh you have sensitive skin, the wax wasn’t hot, etc, etc. I didn’t fight it, I know better now. She just took my payment and that was that.

Today I had a rough day because I lost my child hood dog to cancer so I just wanted to relax and get a manicure and pedicure to ease the pain to my favorite nail shop and I did everything but that the service was extremely horrible the guy was rude and lied to me about not having a certain color because he just simply did not want to do my nails. Absolutely nobody in this nail shop felt like working. I have been coming here for over 3 years and I have lost all respect for them and will never step foot in that shop again. I’m spending my money y’all not doing me any favors. How do u run a business with customer service or compassion??
